In an event of damaged goods received on shipping, I will offer a refund minus shipping costs once proof of damage is confirmed.

Returns are not allowed.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your candle we will offer you an exchange. Please let us know what it is you are not happy with (within reason) and we can accommodate accordingly.
Return shipping fees will be at the buyer's expense.
